I’ve always loved the all white look that stars like Victoria Beckham pulls off so seamlessly.  Remember that scene from the movie ‘Maid in Manhattan’ when Jennifer Lopez borrowed the guest’s Dolce and Gabbana white coat and wore it out with the matching white pants?  Well, ever since I watched that movie, I couldn’t get that white coat out of my head!  I told myself that I would not spend too much on it because if I were to get it dirty, I would be in total agony for years.  Hence, when I found this white coat from Old Navy a couple years back I bought it in an instance.  The only thing I didn’t like about it were the black plastic buttons it came with so I switched them with some beautiful golden ones instead. 😉  It’s something I often do when I like a jacket but not crazy about the buttons.  It’s a small adjustment but it makes such a huge difference. 😉

My Look: Transition

Happy Friday!  I’ve recently been summoned to be a personal stylist for a good friend of mine.  She is off to Europe in a few days and has asked me to style a few looks for her trip.  Here is a look that I put together on my recent European trip.  My ‘can not live without’ item to pack were definitely my nude sandals.  It survived everything from cobble stone to grassy fields.  Also, check out the 10 looks I pulled together for my trip to Spain with only a pair of nude sandals here.

Slouchy Pants

Happy Monday!  Hope you’re all enjoying your long weekend.  The sun decided to hang out for the long weekend so I took the opportunity to wear my slouchy pants,  I love that I can dress them up with heels or go casual in them with a pair of sandals.  They’re as close to wearing sweats to work but still considered chic work wear. =P
